Clavi

Clavi is a platform at the prototype and concept stage for property information and housing insight. It explores how maps, public property records and local market data can make a home and its surrounding area easier to understand.

It is intended for homeowners, people looking for a home and others interested in property. The aim is to bring together information currently scattered across registers and services, and present it in a clear geographic context.

The work includes geodata, data integrations and map-based views, with Mapbox, Kartverket, Statistics Norway and Supabase forming parts of the technical foundation. Clavi remains under exploration and development.
